We collect the following personal information through the website and associated services:

Where you book a discovery call via our scheduling service, Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) may separately collect your name and email address to generate and deliver calendar invitations. Where Google Analytics is active on the website, that service collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, browser type, and approximate geographic region; such data does not identify you personally and does not constitute personal information for the purposes of the Privacy Act. We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act through the website.


3. How We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit an enquiry via our contact form, book a discovery call via our scheduling link, communicate with us by email or telephone, or otherwise interact with us in connection with our services. Anonymous usage data is also collected automatically via Google Analytics when you visit the website. You may opt out of Google Analytics collection using Google's browser opt-out tool or by managing your browser's cookie settings; doing so will not affect your ability to use the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, or destruction of personal information beyond our reasonable control.
