We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health data, financial account details, or government identifiers. Payment information is processed directly by our payment provider and is not stored on our systems.

Business contact details used in our campaigns are sourced from commercial B2B data providers and publicly available professional sources. We contact individuals at their work email address only, and only in connection with a legitimate commercial purpose relevant to their role.
All emails we send on behalf of clients comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every email clearly identifies the sending party and includes a functional unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honoured within 5 business days.
