What behind usually looks like.
- Nothing entered for a year, and the year before is not much better.

Twenty minutes. You tell us how far back it goes and what you have. We come back with a fixed quote in writing, and nothing starts until you say go.
What it costs.
Quoted once we have seen the file, fixed and in writing. After that, one flat monthly fee to keep everything current. No lock-in. 30 days' notice, and that month is billed.
Where we stop.
We are bookkeepers, not tax agents. BAS, tax returns and anything with the ATO stay with your registered agent, working from the file we prepare. No agent? Say so on the call and we will sort that part out first.
How far back can you go?
As far as it goes. It changes the quote, not whether we take it on.
Do you deal with the ATO for me?
No. That stays with your registered agent. We get the file ready for them.
Do you need to get into my bank or my accounting software?
You send us your statements and documents, to one address that is yours alone, and we work from what you send.
I have statements and not much else.
That is fine. Bring what you have to the call and we will work out what is missing.
What should I have ready?
Bank statements for the period you are behind, and the name of whoever does your tax. If you have neither, say so and we work around it.
