This site is information, not an offer

The pages here describe a service and what it costs. They are not a contract. Work starts under a separate written engagement, and that document sets the terms between us.

Prices

Prices on this site are shown inc GST, with the ex GST figure beside them. They apply to the plans described here and are current at the time of publication. We can change published prices, and a change never alters a price already agreed in writing with an existing client.

Cancellation and refunds

Monthly plans are cancelled with 30 days' written notice, and fees for the notice period are payable. Six-month plans are paid in advance and are not refundable if you change your mind. Nothing in this section limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply to every service we supply.

The calculator and your tier

The calculator gives an estimate from a number you enter. Your tier is confirmed from your own Xero file in the first week, using an average of bank-feed lines over three months. If the confirmed tier differs from the one you selected, you are told the price before the first invoice.

Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this site is financial, accounting or legal advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Reporting to the ATO stays with your registered agent. Get your own advice before acting on anything you read here.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this site limits those rights. Where the law allows a limit on liability, our liability for a service is limited to supplying it again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

This site links to services we use, such as the booking page and the payment provider. We are not responsible for the content of a site we do not run.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
